The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I sincerely appreciate their understanding and care when dealing with veterans. They were able to communicate and assist effectively, and their compassion and professionalism for guests spoke volumes keep up the great work.

The Bureau in the room was totally messed up the top drawers didn't work right and the bottom rows were barely functional. I had a handicapped room (not that I had asked for that). It had a tub which is great. Sometimes I need a hot bath after a stressful day.. The hotel had been refreshed since I visited in December. New paint. New exterior.
