Check in was pretty easy although the attendant didn’t acknowledge me at all, not courteous at all. When I checked out the attendant was very pleasant and courteous.

Smelled of weed in hall way, our room smelled of cigarettes. And dogs parked most of the night

Stay in our trip to Cleveland, OH Room was very clean and comfortable. Probably they can improve the odor of the hallway to the room, smells tobacco

Average decent for the price It was okay. Nothing to fancy. Worked for the week we needed it. Third shift staff was never at the desk and elevator was broken half the trip but besides that it was good.
