HAIRY Over all the hotel was satisfactory. I was not completely satisfied because of an incident with the sheets. When I turned down the bed, there was hair all over the sheets which grossed me out. The staff immediately sent new sheets which also had hair on them. The issue was resolved, however, you don't get a second chance to make a first impression.
