Cleveland trip Hotel was neat and clean was a pleasant surprise to find the rooms had kitchenettes did not realize this when we booked. Staff could have been a bit friendlier but they did answer question and give correct direction when asked.

Excellent value for the price This hotel was a great value for the price. We almost wished we could have stayed a few nights instead of one, so that we could have taken advantage of the kitchenette.

Nice for the price Hotel was clean and satisfactory. Only complaint is hard beds and thin pillows.

ESA hotel Hotel staff was nice. One caucasian girl during the afternoon shift was a bit rude. I could tell she hated her job. The room was very small. It was nice having a fully equiped kitchen. All of our blankets had burn marks so that was kind of gross. We were never disturbed and hotel was quiet.

Was better than expected I read some of the reviews to this hotel and wasn't certain what it would be like. But i was pleasantly surprised. Friendly, efficient staff. A spacious, quiet room. A tidy kitchenette (that came in very handy - what a great idea!). And in a great location. I'd stay again, definitely.
