nice hotel nice and convienient surroundings. went to ballpark northfieldpark, and casino. hotel centrally located made it nice, good selections of nearby restaurants.hotel grounds felt secure.

Ok for the money I wanted a non-smoking room and ordered that on Expedia. I received my confirmation and it said smoking room. I called the hotel to clear up the confusion and they said this happens all the time and that I had to call Expedia. I called Expedia and they said they would be happy to make the "change", but then the price went up. This is unacceptable. I wasn't upgrading or changing the date or time, and I absolutely KNOW that I selected a non-smoking room. SO, all Expedia did was put a request into the hotel for... read more
Business relocation Stayed here while I was waiting for my apartment to be ready after relocating for a job. It was an excellent home away from home. Very clean, great amenities.
good location friendly staff clean good breakfast on the go helpful could have a little convience store with items to purchase for the room ( food)

Good hotel felt homey My boyfriend and I wanted a nice little weekend away from out stresses but didn't want the extravagant prices. The room was very homey and clean. We had a smoking room and it didn't reek of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was clean and we had clean towels. The staff were friendly and the hd tv was ok. The channel selection is small but we didn't care about it much since we brought my video game console and watched tv through the hdmi hookup. All in all we really enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable and quiet. It didn't really have breakfast, only "grab and go" items like breakfast bars and coffee. The beds were comfortable. OK location--there was a Chipotle and other restaurants/shops nearby.
With in walking distance of 3 places to eat I like the close location within walking distance of places to eat and drink. I found it cool that our room had a kitchenet in it, It came in handy.

Room had an unpleasant odor Not hot water in shower (although there was hot water coming from sink) Trim hanging from wall Cigarette burns on bathroom counter top Although disappointed by the conditions of the facility, The staff was pleasant.
