The young lady who was at front desk upon our arrival was probably one of the most helpful, kind people I have ever encountered at a Hotel. She was GREAT!!!! We had never been to Cleveland before and she went out of her way to help us. Thank you Tina

Great Area. Great Service My stay at this hotel was great. The employees were polite and helpful. The room was great and very clean. Its located about 15 - 20 minutes from everything you'll want to do. Its about 20 minutes from the Rock and Roll hall of Fame, which was the main reason for my visit. There are at least 7 restaurants in the surrounding area of the hotel, several of which are in walking distance. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit.
Good room for the price. The room didn't have any cookware but I only stayed for one night so I didn't mind.

Nice basic hotel Nice hotel, clean and great staff. Lots of restirants near by. Very basic, bring your own toiletries. I would definitely stay here again.

I have to double think if I want to go back there the location is perfect the service is perfect the room is big and nice i like the fact that you have your own kitchen even though is small but is perfect. one of the most important thing that people look at is to have a clean room this was not i mean it's disgusting it was disgusting for me to take a shower because there is hair in my shower all over my shower and they said free breakfast but all they have is coffee and some apples
