Room was spacious (queen suite) “breakfast included “ is a joke-a prepackaged muffin and granola bar does not constitute breakfast. There was coffee and hot water in the lobby but no tea bags. Shower rod was falling off the wall, no extra toilet paper. This facility is geared towards long term stays not weekend travelers. But you have to ask at the front desk for everything-clean towels (swap out the dirty ones) pans to use in the kitchenette. The bed wasn’t comfortable for my husband. He didn’t sleep for our stay.

Bad taste on first impression Bad experience for a first time visitor. I arrived very late in the evening and was placed in a room that turned out to be an “out of order” “out of bound” room. If I did not complain that there were no pillows and towels the next day I would not have realized that I was put in a bad room. I was transferred to another room after I made the complaint. How can a manager not know this? The room smelled musty too and the roof was leaking right in front of the door with a trash bin (see pictures).

Very welcoming. Clean. & process of checking in is quick
This place fit our needs perfectly in regards to location and the roominess of the room. Much better than being cramped in a hotel room. Would stay here again if the need arises.

Just ok Our stay was only one night. We were a little disappointed that there was not an ice machine on the premisis. They offerred an iccubetray, but it would not be ready by the time we needed it

A great hotel for a family of multiple people, with two queen bed and an extra bed. Full kitchen is very convenient for family. We especially like the wall built-in long table in the kitchen, which provides two extra seats for using computers.
