Liked room layout. But no automatic doors at entrance made it difficult with luggage

When I arrived at 3 P.M., there was no one at the desk and a person who had been locked out of his room had been waiting for half an hour. Eventually, a cleaner walked by and called someone. No tea, etc. in lobby or room. Advertised a continental breakfast, but no food showed up, although tea, etc. made a brief appearance in lobby.

5.5/10 All in all it wasn’t bad place needs to be updated.

Room was spacious (queen suite) “breakfast included “ is a joke-a prepackaged muffin and granola bar does not constitute breakfast. There was coffee and hot water in the lobby but no tea bags. Shower rod was falling off the wall, no extra toilet paper. This facility is geared towards long term stays not weekend travelers. But you have to ask at the front desk for everything-clean towels (swap out the dirty ones) pans to use in the kitchenette. The bed wasn’t comfortable for my husband. He didn’t sleep for our stay.

Bad taste on first impression Bad experience for a first time visitor. I arrived very late in the evening and was placed in a room that turned out to be an “out of order” “out of bound” room. If I did not complain that there were no pillows and towels the next day I would not have realized that I was put in a bad room. I was transferred to another room after I made the complaint. How can a manager not know this? The room smelled musty too and the roof was leaking right in front of the door with a trash bin (see pictures).
