My first room was extremely dirty but i was upgraded after the clerk seen the pictures

I purchased a suite room with 2queen beds and a sofa bed but they gave me a regular room with 2 twin beds but the front desk lady offer me an extra bed and a $90 refund upon check out and that was a good deal but until now i didnt get the refund and its 2weeks already after our check out.
