Nice quick get away Hotel was very clean. Just a little bit of remodeling going on but it was still clean. Social distancing practices were in place. The room was real nice and relaxing. Front desk workers were really nice and helpful.
The staff was friendly and the room was clean. My only issue is that we didn’t have a trash can.

There was not a thing i didn't like,,Great customer service and vert descent bedding a room .

I liked that it was clean I didn’t like that there was no kind of morning refreshments in the morning. Not even a coffee pot in the room which is odd. But the staff seemed nice. And I appreciate being upgraded to a nicer suite. But didn’t like having to wait for my room 30 minutes after check in time for it to be ready considering I was 15 minutes early.

I booked in middleburg heights but they over booked and sent me to a different location which was a in convenience for me. It was a good stay but the travel time was a pain.
