More run down We stayed at this Extended Stay 1 1/2 years ago & thought it was pretty nice. We especially liked the kitchen items that came with the room. We also liked the living room area. This time we had to go back downstairs to get the things in the kitchen things but they were available. The room just felt dirty for some reason. There was only 1 wastebasket in the room, in the bathroom, none in the kitchen. Apparently guests were stealing the items in the room. That's a shame. I really hope they do some upgrades. Great last minute stay for an out of town wedding. SUPER affordable, very clean and safe. The staff weren't very personable at check out/check in, but it wouldn't effect my decision to stay again! Great hotel for the cost.
OK for the price This facility was OK for the price . . . nothing fancy, staff was nice but spread too thin - the guy at the front desk had to meet other needs elsewhere in the building and was not available to check out - had to wait 15 minutes. Breakfast convenient but limited- appreciated that coffee was made available after breakfast closed. Room was comfortable and had a kitchen - nice if you need to stay more than one night. BRING YOUR OWN KITCHEN SUPPLIES Everything was fine however there were no kitchen supplies. NOT ONE CUP OR BOWL OR PLATE! I guess you BYOS! Also no ice bucket or ice tray! How can you have an extended stay?
Hopefully better next time The staff on Saturday afternoon seemed disconnected or preoccupied and unwilling to let us check in to change clothes after a 3 hr. drive to this wedding. and later that day when checking in all we got was need a card your all set here's a key..... nice room but, smaller than the last time I stayed.
Reasonably priced stay The location was close to Cleveland in a safe and quiet area. Having a kitchen was a bonus.
Great Location Very easy to find. No big problems. Staff was friendly and room was clean.
