Nice clean hotel room. Very secure. Room was neat and clean. Very secure building. No one can enter hotel without a room key. Breakfast wasn't much of anything coffee/tea oatmeal packets and packaged granola bars and mini muffin. Should be more for breakfast.

Stay in Westlake The room was great for the price. It is advertised as having a continental breakfast but that was coffee, muffins, and granola bars. That is not my idea of continental breakfast.But again, the room was comfortable and clean.

Westlake value...don't believe the low star rating We drove from Detroit to Cleveland for the Paul McCartney concert 8/17/16. We didn't want to pay top dollar for a hotel room downtown, and we'd stayed in Westlake before (at a different hotel, which was also quite nice) and found the Extended Stay on hotels.com for $85. We decided to give it a shot, and it was totally worth it. Very clean room, comfortable bed, blazing hot shower. I think they've remodeled recently, and were tearing the roof off as we checked in. Great Hotel, close to Cleveland for the Republican Great place for the price. clean and Friendly. No real breakfast but Bob Evans is 2 blocks away.

Good location, nice staff, good price Customer service was great. The room smelled funny upon entering. Smelled old and stale
