ikes Peak Was a very convenient for family. Needed a freezer and fridge. Nothing extra special after that. No coffee maker in room until I asked for one. No coffee in lobby. Had to provide own. Covid Did have a nice view of Pikes Peak.

Convenient and lovely location. Front desk girl was professional and very nice, but the manager came out to talk to me because I didn't want to give my personal work information out on a leisure visit. Also, had to go out and buy all of my plates, utensils and coffee/coffee cups (apparently due to COVID). Any savings because the place was a bit cheaper was lost and ended up paying more.

When I opened the door of the hotel's room it smelled like smoke I asked if I could please change the staff, I had the courage to say that I didn't smell smoke justifying that I was only going to stay one night, at the moment I didn't say anything to not spoil the tour with my family, but I think it is very unprofessional not to solve such a simple problem with a little education because nobody is forced to sleep in an unsatisfied hotel room and no matter how many nights, because after all the city is wonderful and I will sp... read more
