Staff with poor attitude My experience at Extended Stay America-Colorado Springs would have been 5 star excellence if it weren’t due to the poor customer service that I received throughout my stay. First off, I paid for my stay day by day. I had one morning where I had an issue with my bank and my paycheck did not process accordingly and I was a little delayed on my room payment (mind you this is during Covid-19). This is a dog friendly hotel, however with our pet who had a broken leg, we were placed on the 2nd floor as far from the elevator as you could get. The hotel was notified in advance. The bed was also very hard.

Good price and overall good condition. No hair dryer.
