Staff with poor attitude My experience at Extended Stay America-Colorado Springs would have been 5 star excellence if it weren’t due to the poor customer service that I received throughout my stay. First off, I paid for my stay day by day. I had one morning where I had an issue with my bank and my paycheck did not process accordingly and I was a little delayed on my room payment (mind you this is during Covid-19).
