Nice hotel, comfortable and convenient. Check in was easy, staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. I really couldn't ask for more for the price. The "grab n go" breakfast was just granola bars, muffins and coffees, but the coffee was hot and it was nice to have available. I would stay here again.
Very basic accomidations. The room was ok. It appeared house keeping would only replace linens used instead of occasionally refreshing unused linens. I did find hairs on some of the "clean" linens. Also there was no toilet paper in the bathroom and when I tried to call the front desk there was no answer on the phone. The hvac system needs work. I turned the temp down to 66° and the fan on constant. The temp never got that low. Normally I set it at 70° but the room was hot when the thermostat read 70, which is why I turned it... read more
Good choice for North Colorado Springs. Friendly staff. Well kept property. Reasonable price.
Overpriced for what you get. We stayed here because after days of camping and hiking, we wanted a warm and comfy night in a clean soft bed, and this was one of the last rooms in the city. At check-in, they didn't have our reservation on file from Expedia due to some down-time their program had experienced 3 hours earlier in the day. Luckily they had held 3 rooms due to this outage, so after about 45 minutes of waiting for them to call Expedia so they would be reimbursed appropriately, we were finally let into a room. Ext Stay, Colorado Springs $140 per night is too much for this average hotel. Staff was nice. I don't like having delivery every night which is why I wanted this place with a kitchenette I think I'll go for comfort at a Hampton Inn and pay for food delivery next time.
The room has cockroaches and needs update. Bed was dirty and sheets had stains.
