nice quiet place to stay We enjoyed our stay due to well appointed, quiet rooms close to downtown & outlying commercial districts. The staff appeared to be very efficient as well as friendly & helpful. Very much like having a private studio apartment in a nice location.....also close to hiking trails along Monument Creek!

The staff is excellent, especially Hector! I had a very nice experience with this hotel. Was easy to find and conveniently located. The staff was very courteous, friendly and accommodating. I was slightly surprised you had to ask for utensils and a coffee maker, etc. They used to keep (years ago) these things stocked in the rooms, however, once requested they immediately brought what I requested to my room. Great Stay Great location right off of main freeway. Room was comfortable for our stay. Hotel staff friendly and welcoming.

won't be staying there again I won't complain too mich cause i guess u get what you pay for. I paid extra for a king suite but instead we got a queen. The room was always either too hot or too cold.

Staff excellent, room okay Took three times going up & down from 3rd floor to finally get into room, key wouldn't work. Staff very friendly & helpful.

Bring your own ice! I have never stayed in a hotel without an ice machine. The fire alarm was hanging open without a battery. Carpet installed on our floor first night and next day was inconvenient and left an annoying odor. Good location for us and loved having a refrigerator. No pool.

Nice Room, Stops There The room was nice, the rest of the hotel was sketchy. Our floor was smoke free, and the room was fine, but the floor itself was quite stinky. This is also a dog friendly hotel, there are lots!! The owners were very nice, but the pooches were fairly stinky also. Lots of folks just hanging around the hotel throughout the night and day.
