Great stay Had a great stay at this hotel. Kind of missed the daily maid service but for the price, the amennities were good. Great view of Pike peak right in front of hotel... Would stay there again.
EXCELLENT Great room for the money
Great room at a great price The hotel is in a quiet location with a reasonable cost. The room was comfortable. I loved being able to cook in the room and not worry about the trouble and cost of eating out every meal. The staff was friendly. I will definitely go back.
Good Value Overall, the room was clean and spacious. The kitchenette was nice but could stand to have a few more utensils. The lack of a pool was disappointing as was the lack of free WiFi. I guess you get what you pay for! Overall, I would stay at this hotel again. If you are looking for a decent place to sleep with NO FRILLS AT ALL, this hotel is the place to stay.
Good Room for the Money This Extended Stay Chain are simple Hotels and Simple Rooms. This one was clean, well-equipped and a good value for the money. The only downside was location. It is conveniently off the highway, but in a business district with only one restaurant within walking distance. Breakfast is hard to find and not provided.
Chose your hotel because you advertised a breakfast ... but there was none the morning of 12/18/25 and the coffee pots were EMPTY. Beds were uncomfortable. I have several trips to CO Springs in 2026 and will not be choosing your hotel.

The parking lot we good. The food sucked.
check in person was barely friendly, bathroom countertop not clean, parking lot was full with smoking people but at least they didn’t smoke inside. Windows were thin and we could here all the traffic on I-25. Kitchen had Nothing!!! no coffeemaker, no cups, no cutlery. This hotel was the closest to the animal clinic where are dog got surgery.
