Nice Staff The hotel staff is very nice. This location is tough if you don't have a car because there are few restaurant options within walking distance.
ESA The ac did not work in the room when I arrived, but i did not realize till next day. No one looked at it at my request, because girl did not write. However the night shift girl allowed me to change to the room of my choice. She was very helpful and kind. That was great until the heavy set person above us was extremely loud till all hours of the night. It would stop about the time we thought we should call and complain.
Anniversary stay We were in Colorado Springs for three nights and we could not hear any noise from our room and it was so convient to all the sights that we wanted to see and it was so easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. The motel was aged but pretty well kept.
Satisfied need for basic accomidations Basic accomidations, comfortable enough. Would have been nice to have coffee along with the supplied coffee maker!
Okay The location and area were nice, but the room was lacking. The place was not cleaned well (previous guest's shampoo bottle still in the shower, hair in the sink, etc.). The beds had no mattress covers, just sheets on the mattress. The front desk was not staffed half the time and they were not friendly. No hairdryers. Next time, we will spend $20 more a night and stay at a nicer place.
Very good location The location of the hotel was very central so it was easy to get to most places in Colorado Springs without a problem.
Visit to Ft. Carson I have stayed at other Extended Stays and felt the service was better in the other cities.
Could have been cleaner... Carpet was dirty, bed was not great. It is really inexpensive and a good enough location. You get what you pay for.
