Bed was hard and pillows are flat..... did not sleep well

Staff was super friendly. Check-in and check-out was easy. However the room was not clean. There was a lot of dust on top of appliances including the TV. The informational placards had food drippings on them. You have to request dishes, utensils, pans. These were provided in a dirty condition. One window was falling out of the frame. Highly recommended! Great hotel and location. Easy parking and freeway access. Very quite room. Nice condition. The only negative was no ice machine. I had to drive around the area for 40-45 minutes until I located a store that had ice.

Extended Stay Colorado Springs. Wow!! Cant say enough good about it. Our experience there was GREAT!! Comfortable , clean , super people at the desk. Cynthia and Oscar were so helpful and made us feel right at home. Full kitchen helps a lot. Very comfortable bed. We will go again for sure!

May Stay Extended Stay was very close to everything I needed. The staff gave me great customer service and the room had a lot of space. I would consider coming back.
