Quiet but dirty bathroom. Quiet, overall clean common areas. Room was clean until I entered the bathroom. There was hair in sink and bathtub had hair and a ring around it. Definitely had not been cleaned when the last person moved out. Overall there was a nice walking trail across the way with a creek that was a nice surprise to walk my dog. Morning Coffee bar with Packaged Muffins and Protein Bars.

I've stayed here before and liked the property. It's very convenient, right off of I25, and it's in a quiet little alcove that seems very clean and safe. I didn't care for their "breakfast" options and would have preferred to cook in my room.

Property has easy access from I-25 and northwest Colorado Springs area. It is located close to hiking trail. We appreciate that our room was quiet and clean. Front stuff was also very helpful.

Breakfast was coffee and a muffin ! Trash area wasn’t picked up , rooms smelled stale . Parking lot wasn’t cleared of snow and ice in areas .
