Confirmation of how many days you’re staying Although it was my mistake booking only one night instead of two, it would have helped if the front desk had confirmed my stay dates at check-in. They were accommodating when I requested a room change due to a noisy fridge, but when I returned from an outing, my belongings had been thrown out because of the misunderstanding. Clean
No pillows or blankets for roll out bed and sheets were not clean. Poor design only 6-8 inches to walk through between roll out bed and tv table. Torn drapes.
Good groups fridnly people.
Good place to stay When I arrived, I had to move to three rooms before I finally settled in, but I appreciate how the staff was very professional and handled the situation. I definitely will come back when I got to the third room even though I realize one of the windows is broken. I was too tired to move again the next day. I realize my refrigerator was warm and everything that was frozen had melted. Very friendly & polite staff!
Decent experience The staff who checked me in was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. I wass expecting more from the grab & go breakfast. The bathroom area was short of expectation. The location is great....overall a decent experience
Breakfast was very lackluster. People were all really nice. AC worked great. Carpets need cleaning.
