No rooms available. Had reservation. Arrived to check-in and was told that no rooms are available. Next available hotel was over hour away.

When I arrived, I was given the key to a room and behold when I entered my room, the bed was not made and there was hair on the floor, disgusting. I had to argue with the receptionist on the room condition before she gave me a new one. Ac wasn’t running well too.
This looked halfway decent online but when we pulled up there were some questionable people outside. Went and checked the room and it was dirty and broken furniture. The floor was so gross no way I was letting my 1 year old walk in there.. told the front desk we were not ok staying there and was told multiple times we would not be charged..but after we left we were charged!! Terrible!!! Avoid at all costs
No so good like a Motel 8 or Days inn
