Shower curtain did not stay open to the floor was soaked. Very noisy all hours of the night. Towels weren't clean. Floor and tube was dirty. Maintenance is needed in the room.

Check cleanliness thoroughly prior to settling in. I found bed bugs and made it known to front desk staff. I was asked to confirm if I was telling the truth and that I had to remain in the same room until the next morning since there were “no other rooms available” I asked to speak with a manager and escalated my concerns until they provided a solution. Staff member who did not believe me seemed irritable. No follow up call and mention of anything regarding items left in room.

No hot water in the shower. Very disappointed in the quality of the facility.

rooms were so outdated, lighting was AWFUL- felt like i was in an old classroom with the harsh lighting, beds were not comfortable and the room was right by lobby so we heard everything going on out there. never would come back

Hotel was old and out dated Bathroom door handle wouldn't lock Sink leaked, tub dirty.
