Dear Sir or Madam, Upon arrival at the Extended Stay America in Columbia Maryland, at approximately at approximately 1 am, The front door was locked. There was a phone on the wall- It stated to dial 600, which I did- and I tried it many times. Each time I was met with a busy signal. At this time- I begin knocking on the glass door……. Not a good place for fun. Bed sheet looks old. Noise from the AC machine

Our room was shabby, chairs were stained andtorn. Bathroom had nail clippings on the floor andDark mildew at base of toilet! Kitchen was not equipped with cutlery, dishes, toaster. Fridge was dirty on the outside. Bed was comfortable, tv choices were so limited. We will never choose Extended Stay again!

The staff at the beginning was unfriendly and rude at some point.

Hotel isn’t being properly maintained. Garbage overflowing in garbage cans for days at a time, junk cars with no tires and in pieces in the parking lot. The place is a slum!
