Checked into property that was to have a mini kitchen and be stocked with items needed for kitchen. You have to go fetch the items from the front desk. Weird. The hotel only cleans the room every 7 days. They say it’s scheduled but then they don’t do it for you unless you ask. My room had the stove top not working, the refrigerator died ruining about $60 worth of food and the telephone didn’t work. 4 junk cars in the parking lot and garbage overflowing in the parking lot garbage bins for over a week. This hotel was advertised as an Extended Stay with a small kitchen. Stove top didn’t work, phone in room didn’t work, refrigerator stopped working ruining all of my food. The parking lot has at least 4 junk vehicles with flat tires covered in mold. The exterior garbage containers are all completely full and overflowing. Is there any oversight on this hotel? Because it doesn’t seem like it. Was told I’d get maid service after my stay lasted 7 days. I said great. After extending my start well beyond 7 days, no maid service. Fr... read more

Infested with Stink bugs that came out during the night . Staff aware of the problem but nothing has been done to correct it.

The hotel manager kahina was very rude !! She actually told me to get out of the hotel and not to return . Her customer service is horrible ! And I’ve been trying to get in contact with cooperate

Horrible Don't bother. There were more people living here than just passing through. It was fairly clean but def worn. At midnight a resident started having a meltdown in the hallway, screaming, kicking her locked door (her mother kicked her out), banging on the door and generally making a huge scene. Eventually police were called and the hallway was swarmed with cops and EMS for about an hour. By this point it's about 1am. I checked out 15 minutes after seeing the room because the were cobwebs in the room, bathroom was dirty and old looking, so I could not take a shower. Fiancé is allergic to spiders.
