Air conditioners did not work, had to switch to 3 room,

Bed not secured to wall so if you say on edge it would flip up.. Room and entire hotel not clean.no ice machine. Room had a kitchen with nothing to use cups etc.. there was one small tiny shampoo and two soaps no conditioner no lotion .but all and all the bed was comfortable once you got in it . I would not rebook this hotel again.

Issues and Unapologetic Staff Sink faucet leaked all night and when smoke alarm was beeping due to a low battery (every couple of minutes or so) upon return to the hotel for the night, we were informed that no one was there to replace it and that there were no rooms available to accommodate a different room. The beeping could be heard from the lobby and we would not have been able to sleep if we didn’t change the battery ourselves. Staff was very unapologetic.

Fraud & Deformation of character. This organization is crooked. They charged me $265.00 for a lie. I don’t smoke or drink. I was accused of having ashes in the sink and a cigarette butt in the trash can. I pleaded with then they’re making a mistake. To no avail. I went to small claims court in New Jersey. I was advised that the jurisdiction was in Ellicott MD. This is a clear case of fraud and deformation if Character.

Don't stay here The hallway smelled.like vomit , we had 2 "couch pillows" there was no one at desk all night , there was a huge big crawling across the bathroom floor .
