I have the "staff & service" 3 stars only because they were short on staff and i was told the housekeeper on duty that day resigned without notice smh. But other than that, the pleasant woman who checked me in was very helpful and was able to assist me with no problem.

Reasonable price, kitchenette, lots of clean towels, shampoo etc for 11 queen room. Each access to rooms from back door which actually locks (unlike other hotels that I have been) and opens only with room key that makes you feel safe. Self Laundry facilities and vending machines. They offer grab and go basic breakfast but I didn’t use that service.

Our only complaint was no Continental Breakfast. Great stay otherwise.
Okay room, comfortable bed. The front desk staff was very friendly and helped when the first room did not open. The second room was okay a bit dirty and one of the pillows had a blood stain on the cover. I was not in the room long and the bed was comfortable but if I would have stayed longer I would have brought up the issues.
