smell the hotel is out dated n the smell was horrible for a none smoking room!!!!!

Horrible!!! We arrived at 10:00pm. I went down to desk to get my daughter a toothbrush. Front desk clerk left at 11:00pm and there was a sign she would be back in am. In the am I did not receive the 7am wake up call I had requested. I had to take a shower without any shampoo and conditioner. These are not supplied in the rooms and the front desk clerk was not there at 7:00am. I got very little sleep because the air changed between cold and hot all night. Not till they call an exterminator Asian cockroach in room made me consider leaving all my possesions behind.

Horrible This was the worst stay I have ever had at a hotel. I was just given my keys and not told check out information. I went to my room as soon as the door open roaches began to scatter. My room was on the 4th floor. They would not give me discount on the $105 I paid and then put me in another room. The second rooms bathroom was disgusting and and the front door was broken. According to them nothing full and nothing else. I couldn't leave beause all the hotels in area were booked.

Trip to SC The hotel reeked of smoke and there were people smoking in the elavators. We were supposed to be in a no smoking room but the no smoking rooms were being used by smokers.
