Worst Hotel Stay Dirty towel hanging on shower rod when we arrived. Stains and frayed carpets. No remote available for the TV. First floor smelled of cigarettes and something else. Spotty furniture and uncomfortable beds. This hotel is in serious need of a facelift. Staff friendly but not very helpful.

Extended stay, sort of. Busted room windows, carpet worn away from bathroom threshold exposing tacks pointing upward, printer for guests non-functional resulting in multiple trips to nearby paid printing, "breakfast" sorely lacking in...well...breakfast, had to return to front desk EVERYDAY to have door cards reprogrammed, large open area next to "kitchen" obviously for a dining table but no table which is odd for a 2 bedroom extended stay with kitchen, directly across street from hospital resulting in late night sirens most... read more

Didn't do much for us Reserved through hotels.com late in the evening we'd be arriving - it was a last leg on a road trip so we didn't arrive until around 2 AM. The staff didn't seem to be aware of the booking and were rather unpleasant about looking it up. The room was fine; we were excited about having breakfast in the hotel in the morning - except we found it to be a couple of muffins and plain instant oatmeal. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in Not clean Staff however was awesome

At Least it is near the interstate Management has placed a great effort on upgrading the exterior of the building. There however seems to be no effort on the interior of the building which is a shame as that is the part which turned me off the most. Two stars is being kind.

Overall it was pitiful. I have never stayed where there were no amenities provided. I felt lucky to get a bar of soap. The checkin lady was nice and efficient. The room was not worth the money at all.

the most horrible experience in the dirtiest hotes nothing works, everything is broken and very dirty , bugs and the breakfast is a lie, there is nothing just coffee and that's it.

Great place if the room is fully renovated Good location and nice place. however there were many things missing from our room: no mirror over sink, no rail in closet for closets, no hairdryer, loose fawcets. Staff were non plussed about this and did not offer to move us. Other than this (!!) it is a good place for a family or extended stay. Breakfast is grab M go- coffee, muffins, energy bars. I would have enjoyed it if all the room had been finished/ Ck room first and change if not suitable

Not what I was expecting Woman at the desk was very nice. Room was very disappointing, not very clean, carpet was disgusting.
