Pool equipment in disrepair. Hallway rugs dirty. Uncovered light in bathroom. Dirty (or stained) couch in room, complimentary breakfast miserly.

Not happy with room Bed was hard refrigerator was noisy and kept us up very very slow to check in

Not happy Upon arriving at 4am, we entered our room, which the windows were opened supposedly to air out the room, it was 40 degrees out!!! Went into the bathroom and the wiring in the overhead light were just hanging exposed! No light cover at all. No working exhaust fan. Went to brush my teeth... I was holding the entire faucet in my hand, it was not attached to the sink at all. Turn on the TV... Surprise, it didn't work. Not worth the price Rooms dirty, no shampoo. They don't want to waste water which apparently is code for we don't want to clean your room nor pay staff to do it.

Shoddy Front Desk didn't know how to use printer. Blow dryer didn't work. Wanted a wake-up call, but phone didn't work. So, decided to set my alarm, but the clock didn't work. Tried to iron my clothes, but iron didn't work, barely got warm and spit out rust. Towels felt like sand paper, no shampoo. Just a really nasty experience.

Gross!!!! Do not stay here! This place is disgusting! It smelled like smoke and there were stains all over the couch. We were unable to shower because the handle fell off when we went to turn the shower on! Management stated the hotel just went under renovation....highly unlikely! This had to be the most repulsive hotel I have ever stayed in! Do not stay here! Disgusting:/

Convenient access to the highway I was traveling with my adult son and young grand daughters and requested the double suite with two queen beds and a pull out sofa. The beds were very comfortable and well made, but when we pulled out the sleeper sofa the mattress was torn, worn and had oily mildew stains. Also, the configuration of the room did not allow the sleeper to be pulled out completely. Windows were difficult to secure open or closed. Thankfully the room was well lit.

Average The room was not ready at 5:30 p.m. So we asked for a late check out and that request was denied. I was at a seminar and I only had one vehicle so I wanted to come back to the hotel at noon to pick up my wife but the hotel denied my request. So basically the hotel can make you wait for your room but you can't get them to help you. Check is at 11 a.m. And you better be out. I will never stay at that hotel ever again.

The hotel was not very clean. Although built recently, the walls, floor and furniture were showing significant signs of wear and tear. We were in room 324: the tiles on the floor of the bathroom were cracked across the entire width of the bathroom. The inside of the bathroom door was damaged, like if someone had punched the door with a fist. Our room was a non-smoking room but yet the smell of smoke was very strong on our entire floor: the hotel had signs asking the tenants not to smoke in the hallways!
