Very dated and horrible service. Won’t be staying there again
I was there for about an hour and a half and had bugs crawling on me and my daughter. I pulled back the mattress from the box spring and found BED BUGS!! They issued a full refund.
Room smelled like cigarette smoke and had hair on the ceiling in the bathroom.
Bathroom was not clean room first room smelled like pee second room had no issues tub was not clean also
There's zero maid service unless you book a seven day stay. I was there 5 days. Construction labor, putting down a hardwood floor, could've used fresh towels and blankets. I am not impressed.
This property was very unclean and unkept. We did not stay. The beds were not made when we arrived in our room and leftover sodas on the counter. Hallways and almost all areas were very unclean.
Didn’t stay because the payment wouldn’t work until 3am, So canceled and got charged for the room anyways.
