Look past the haze, and book a better hotel One manager refused to enforce the hotels anti smoking policy, even as my next door neighbor and his roommates chain smoked throughout the night. Can’t tell if this is an individual franchise that is pinching pennies or it’s a hotel on the way out of business, but few things, including the elevator, worked right.

3rd floor room, elevator was broken, telephone and TV in room both broke. No other rooms available, no offer of price adjustment. Probably last time I stay at one of these.

Very close to highway 70 and noisy. Not well cleaned and ventilation

The lady Liz @ the front Desk couldn’t check us in bc her internet was down. She didn’t even know the number for her manager. After fumbling and finding it, she had to use my personal cell phone to call her. She stayed on the phone for 20 min before I finally just asked if I could leave And get a refund since we couldn’t get checked in. I had two sleeping children in our car and we had drove for 18 hours. I had to go across town and pay for another hotel at Country Inn for the night. I want a refund

I will only recommend my worst enemies stay at the hotel we stayed at. Cleaning staff smoking near the entrance should have been a warning sign but we were tired so we proceeded in. We went to our "non smokimg" room and found the AC unit was as loud as a jet plane and the room smelled heavily of cigarettes which was a big surprise because I was made to sign a notice saying that if we smoked in the room we would have to pay a 250 dollar fine. I asked for another room and cleverly left my wife behind until I inspected it. WOW!... read more
