Never again Room was filthy. Late check in so very discouraged to be tired and looking at someone else's spills and food on the floor. Blankets are barely there and its so basic you feel slighted. Very nice staff but it was too late. Columbia hotels were super crowded and booked so stayed and dealt with it. I did complain and they were nice but how can you let your guests into a dirty room? Just felt bad the entire 3 nights sleeping in there. Maid offered me rags to clean it up myself!!!!!!

Very disappointed The room had not been cleaned very well. There were still clothes in a drawer and empty soda boxes in the cabinet from the last person who stayed there. The room appeared clean but that made me question just how clean it was. Our biggest complaint was the cost. $177 per night for that was ridiculous! I've stayed in much nicer rooms for much less. The hotel was in a bad part of town. My daughter and I stayed there and we didn’t feel safe. The room was clean however the stairs were dirty. I won’t stay there again.

The hotel smelled our room was dirty. Towels were stained, beds were uncomfortable bathroom was dirty hair in sink and shower We had to cancel our second night and find a new hotel. Terrible experience.

Dirty It was very dirty. The lobby floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in who knows how long. Dust in the vents, grease around the microwave, and tub wasn’t very clean so I opted out and took a shower instead.

Room had multiple damages and towels had stsins on them

Cigarette burn in our bedding, room next to us was partying all night and we got like 3-4 hours of sleep. Phone didn’t work, called front desk with cell and still couldn’t reach anyone from 4:30 am-5:00am. Finally decided to just leave and either sleep in our car or get a new hotel. Wasn’t worth the money and would have paid extra to have stayed elsewhere if I would have known.
