ESA When I turned on the light, there was a cockroach on the refrigerator. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. It was very dated.
There is nothing nice to say about this hotel. It smells like a cigarette factory, the room was disgusting, paper thin walls. Had a stranger trying to get into my room, I went to the front desk to let the night clerk know, this man was noy a guest, or employee. The night clerk boy, acted like it was not a problem and blew it off after I complained 3 times about this guy roaming the halls and sitting in the stairway. Not impressed The room cleanliness was not good. There was a dirty Q-tip lying on the luggage rack and a number of dark hairs all around the bathroom. There was no coffee or coffee maker in the room.
Disgusting Greeted by a bug crawling across night stand, there was not one clean item in the room from door,remote, bath tub or toilet. My advice is pick another near by hotel.
The bed was terrible. Flat pillows, rough sheets, and relentless interstate road noise. The breakfast included was coffeee and a muffin. Yuck. There was night glow writing above the bed only visible after lights were out. No ice machines.
The location was adequate near I 70. The grounds were maintained fairly well. The problem was inside the room. It smelled foul but we did require a room that allowed a pet. We immediately opened the window to air out the room but the bad smell did not resolve. The carpet's were very dirty and i don't even think they were vacuumed. The kitchen area and bathroom were clean though. The bathroom smelled of cleaning products which I was very happy about. The bedding appeared clean as well.
