Never again. We made a late reservation (after midnight). When we arrived, no one was at the front desk (lights were off and shutters opened). I knocked on the employee break room door no one was there. Finally someone came out from the back as I was about to leave. The smell in the room was horrible. We tolerated it because it was late. This is the second time (and final time) I have stayed in an Extended Stay America. I will never stay there again.

The horrible hotel!!:( Was horrible, stinky, nasty, and ugly!!! I will never ever, EVER go back there again !!!!

not a good experience Hotel front desk staff was very good. hotel was not what I expected and noisy.

Conviently located. Lots of shady people staying here that made us feel very uncomfortable. Women coming in and out of hotel with different men several times a night.

You get what you pay for. Non smoking rooms are on the smoking floors The breakfast consist of apples and granola bars I request a 5:30 wake up call. That did not happen. Needless to say I overslept and left later than planned The room was clean but bare, no cups to drink out off

It was just okay. The covers were really thin. No ice machines either.

I would not put my dog in this hotel We arrived to a fairly clean lobby. The clerk was great.I learned that they only make up the rooms once a week, and since we intended to stay 5 nights, there would be no service unless we specifically wanted clean towels, etc. Getting off the elevator, we stepped into a dingy, dirty hallway. Depressing is the best word. Keep in mind, this hotel is only 10 years old. As we entered the room, the depression became clinical. My 10 year old asked if we HAD to stay there. you get what you pay for Pros: convenient location just off of I-70, relatively inexpensive, has a kitchenette Cons: hasn’t been updated lately, cheap breakfast, needs a good cleaning This was one of the cheaper hotels that I had to choose from when I was looking for a place to stay for a recent weekend getaway, and I wish I had spent an extra $10-$20 to get a better hotel. Won't stay here again! The beds were horrible. They were noisy and very uncomfortable. Everytime someone moved they would crinkly like they were wrapped in plastic or something. The breakfast was a small cabinet that opened up with muffins and granola bars, when it ran out it was out, not restocked. No juice or milk, just coffee and tea. This was a last minute stop at the only room hotels.com said was available. If it was not 1am in the morning we would have left. Check-in overnight lady was super friendly though.
