Hotel was dirty and smelled bad. Room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Creepy Last minute booking, dropping our son off at school. We arrived late and the hotel was extremely creepy. It smelled bad, the room didn't seem like it was clean - we suspected that the sheets weren't changed either. The gentlemen working the desk was friendly but looked to be all alone. We were concerned that someone was going to break into our car, nothing happened.

FILTHY-DISGUSTING-GROSS Check in went well!! Then came the nightmare behind door 311!! The sight was UNREAL!! Debris, crumbs, dried beverage spills on the counters, tables, nightstands, carpet and tile floors. The kitchen sink, microwave and refrigerator were FILTHY!! The bathroom counter, toilet, tub and floor had hairs everywhere!! The bathroom mirror had dried soap and toothpaste on it!! Unhappy Momma There was no one at the front desk when we came to checkin. We waited for quite awhile finally someone arrived. We rented two room. The first room was not ready for us even though we didn't not check in until 11pm. We were upgraded to a different size room because all of the queen room had not been cleaned that day. Stay at your own risk. 1. Terrible. 2. Requested a quiet room when reservation was made and they first put on the noisy freeway side. 3. Room and hotel were dirty. Exit doors were propped which causes concern for security. Building and room smelled of smoke. Food and trash in stairwells.

the first room given us was on third floor, there was a rain storm that came thru that night and our ceiling leaked. water on the laminate flooring and my cloth suitcase that was on the floor got wet.. they offered us another room. we left until mid afternoon and returned to hotel to get moved to a different room for 2 more nights. new room was also on third floor but no rain that night, but the room definitely had a bad odor in it. we only had 2 plastic glasses in the room to use. the breakfast was coffee prepackaged muffin... read more
