Unfortunately the hotel had no attention to detail. We had no toilet paper or shampoo in our room. I have stayed in cheaper places that still give you shampoo.

Sad state Hard to find, overall cleanliness poor, sinks back up, overflowing waste cans, pathetic breakfast. Over priced on hotels. Com . Rate was 1/2 if booked direct. Though Hotels.com did compensate

Awful hotel I arrived at what was supposed to be a recently renovated hotel. I wouldnt normally stay at this brand of hotel but couldn't find a hotel in town this weekend. Went to my floor and when I got off the elevator it smelt like smoke and was musty. My room was the same. Even though it's supposed to be smoke free it's isn't. This is supposed to be exerted stay. No hairdryer in room, no dishes or cooking utensils. I guess they expect people to travel with all of their cooking tools etc.

No continental breakfast Noisy, constantly creaking hotel. Smoke detector light blinking all night. No continental breakfast!!!!!!

No cold and hot water coming out. It was terrible. COLD WATER was not coming out at night so we could not take a shower. And then HOT WATER was not coming out in the morning. So we had to take a COLD SHOWER. We complained and the front desk said they will check it and call us but there was no response after that.

A granola bar IS NOT a free breakfast Very small, one bed rooms. Advertised as FREE BREAKFAST.....NOT!!!!! I do not consider a granola bar and a cup of coffee a FREE BREAKFAST. When I asked to front desk where the "rest" of the breakfast was, he replied " well sometimes we have muffins too"....really???? There is no lobby or anywhere to even sit at the other in your room so don't plan on meeting with your friends or hanging out down in the lobby area.

I did not like the door slamming that went on!! The staff was okay. The refrigerator was dirty.

They only make up the rooms once per week. The slamming for other room doors is disturbing

Hotel needs updating I suppose that at the price-point you get what you pay for, but the facility is definitely overdue for some updating. Also, the first room we were directed to, smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The staff was helpful and cheerful and luckily was able to find us a room in the same facility that did not smell.
