Great deal for the price. Not fancy or updated but perfect if you’re looking for an inexpensive room with some space.

Clean with Good Service Hotel was clean and service good. My only complaint is that the rooms had a slightly unpleasant smell. These are extended stay rooms, with full kitchens. So the entire hotel smells of food cooking, past and present. Other than that, the hotel served us well. And we didn't notice the smell after a while.

Good stay minus the breakfast The stay was very good and the facility was clean. Unfortunately you find out at the motel they do not have a breakfast like advertised on their website

Short extended stay The condition of the property was fine. Seemed short staffed. No coffee maker in room or in the lobby.

No Smoke Free Rooms They make you sign a waiver or liability for smoking in their rooms. I don’t smoke and I got put in a room that smells like an ashtray. I was offered to move rooms but declined because I had to get to work and didn’t have time to move my things. Highly dissatisfied that this “non-smoking room” is clearly not that. Will not be staying here in the future when I have to return to Columbia for work. The parking lot has a lot of sketchy people in it, definitely attracted from the lower cost unfortunately.
