Thank you for staying with ESA and providing feedback, I'm sorry that our property doesn't have an Ice machine on site we provide ice trays in the freezers in every room to try to accommodate for this fact. All amenities including Coffee makers and free coffee are also provided at the front desk. This info should have been in a tent card in the room as well as provided in the key card packet.
