It was a okay stay served it's purpose The rooms were okay and the hotel was generally Located close to the park where I had to be and close to the mall and restaurants overall it was an average stay

Deliver What You Expect I was only there for about 12 hours, but I got what I expected. When I arrived they told me that while I'd reserved a non-smoking room a website, they only had smoking rooms. This isn't the first time where a hotel has treated me as less important when I booked through from other than the hotel. She also wasn't aware of how to handle payment, even though I told her it was pre-paid. The room didn't smell like a smoking room, however. There was a fridge and dishes, just like I expected. decent place The room was clean and having the kitchen was so helpful. But the tub would not drain and so showering was unpleasant.

Okay for the Money I wouldn't pay more for this hotel, but it was decent. There was a large dog in the next room that barked for about two hours. I think they kicked those people out because it stopped.

Suprised Overall for what we needed quite satisfied. The room was much larger than I imagined. the kitchenette would have been a very welcome feature if we were staying longer. The main problem was when you flushed the toilet the noise from the pipes sounded as if someone was strangling a cat. Staff very friendly. I would stay at a Extended Stay hotel if I needed one again!

Excellent check in service I think a friendly check in experience makes all the difference. Anthony was great. The room provided what I needed: a comfortable place to sleep, and a way to iron my clothes. Complimentary breakfast means different things to hotels. This one only served muffins and oatmeal, but there are plenty of nearby restaurants if you're hungry. The room was clean, quiet, right off the hwy, and I would stay here again. Smoking room Wasn't expecting a smoking room. They room didn't smell bad but smoke smell does get on clothes.

As expected for price paid. The only complaint is that the ironing board cover needs be replaced but nothing major. Also the word "breakfast" should be removed morning offer.

Outside looked great, lots of new paint inside and out. Just not as updated as other extended stays I've been to. Employees were attentive and pleasant. Was what I expected no frills no thrills.
