Friendly staff and great location. However, rooms could do with a touch of TLC. Carpets appeared dirty/stained and room corners were dirty and some had multiple visible spider webs. WiFi is very basic. If you need/want to do more than check email you will have to pay an additional fee. Overall it’s positives outweigh the negatives.

Nice Staff - Hard Beds The location is great & the staff is wonderful. There is nothing in the room for cooking or eating, but you only have to ask. No ice machines either. Coffee is out early, so don't sleep in if you want it. There is no coffee maker in the room. If you like a hard bed, then this is your hotel! We left with backaches. If it's just "a place to sleep," go elsewhere.

Nice clean rooms but Wi-Fi TV shady lots of buffing

Completely Adequate Long wait to check in as only one employee at the desk. Just a few sheets of toilet paper in the room and no spare roll - I had to go down to the desk for more. Also, WiFi did not work the first day, and the desk staff could not figure it out - game me the number for tech support that announced there would be a 15+ minute wait for assistance.
