Where's the soap? Beds weren't comfortable. No amenities in room as stated in hotel description. Everything must be requested from the front desk.

Good experience I was in town for a conference and was given a ground floor room, I checked in a bit early, and the room was available. A small child was staying above me and the pitter patter of elephant feet was constant until about 9pm. On the second night I stopped by the front desk to say something, and they must have gone up to the room to ask for a little quiet, because it was much better after that. Good for a night The hotels in that area are overpriced, so with that said the price was reasonable. No issues with the staff, and the room was clean. The bed was not comfortable, and the plastic covering on it (to protect against bedbugs I guess) made a bit of noise when you moved, and HVAC was loud. I'll probably stay there again if its a one nighter.
