Close to entertainment Hotel was nice, and staff was nice. Wished the free breakfast was more than granola bars and coffee. There wasn’t a hair dryer or coffee maker in the room. But no real complaints other than that.

clean, personable staff Felt safe, staff personable, available and helpful. Close to Easton and central to family in the area. Overall affordable, comfortable and met our needs.

Good basic business hotel I always try to book an Extended Stay America during a business trip. Their studio units are very functional, confortable, all works, very-very quiet and at a reasonable price. I'll book the Hilton for a vacation, but for a business trip, ESA is the best choice.

Worst hotel room we have spent in Columbus Toilet was not clean. Bed had 2 flat sheets on it n when I tried to fix it the mattress cover looked like someone urinated on it. It should have been thrown away. Thank GOD for the Lysol we bought at Walmart. We sprayed the whole room including the nasty carpet that had red spots on floor. Very disappointing. Sure glad it was a short stay!!!

A bit like home The hotel room had a full kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, stove and working sink. It's more than your typical hotel room and your spending time in an area with the intention of saving money on meals by cooking this is a good option. The price was fair especially for the area.

Lingering scent There was a strange smell in the room all the time. I tried to spray a room mist throughout my stay, but every time I entered the room from being out it would hit me like a freight train. I tried turning the a/c up to get more air flowing and turning it off, maybe the smell was in the a/c unit? I never found out. Everything else was fine.
