Terrible Terrible !!! Terrible , floor above me sounded like someone was running back and forth all night .. complained and the lady at the desk said sorry about that and nothing was done .. the floors were sticky and the carpet felt the same .. Disgusting ..

Nasty dirty hotel. Dirty filthy hotel. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Housekeeping thought it would be nice to leave me a dirty cleaning glove on bathroom counter. Go somewhere else.

Worst hotel I have stayed in Horrible, bed-bugs, very dirty, smelled, noisy, barking dogs, people screaming. Old inside, miss leading on site, can not call directly to hotel and would not give receipt for stay. Do not stay in Extended America stays.

Dirty, Noisy, Smelly We booked this motel because its price point was in the middle; not the most expensive, not the cheapest. Unfortunately it wound up costing us more than the most expensive motels. My wife and I were traveling with our teenage son, so I booked what was listed as a suite, with two queen beds and an alove with a sofabed. What we got was two full beds, neither big enough to sleep two and a nasty sofabed that was painful to lie on for more than one minute. Bad hotel Non smoking rooms aren't non smoking rooms!! When I asked front desk, their response was a bottle of frebreze. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Dogs barking night/day. Continental breakfast they advertise is just a grab n go. Not very friendly staff.

We were provided with linens upon check-in and required to make the bed. Very disappointing experience and the last thing you'd want to do after the day of driving.

I recently stayed at the Extended Stay America hotel in Polaris, Ohio. We had reserved a non-smoking room. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke. It was so bad we went to the Target store next door and spent $10.00 on Febreeze. My sister suffers from allergies and the smoke smell made her miserable. They moved us across the hall to a new one that was cleaner, but still had the smoke also. The first room was very dirty, with trash on the floor and the floors were sticky. NOT staying Here Again Needed larger beds to accommodate the number of guests in the room. The beds are too small to fit 2 people. The pull out sleeper sofa mattress was GROSS - stained and dirty. I booked the room for 4 people and only received linens for 2 people. I had to go down to the front desk to get more towels and the bedding for the sofa. Most places bring it to you. NOTHING fancy about this place. The kids were upset with the exercise room.
