I told the front desk clerk someone was smoking marajuana. They did nothing I was in non smoking room. I should've receive a free night for inconvenience

Reservation cancelled with no notice I booked a room for Thursday and Friday night. I was driving from New Orleans and didn't think I would make it until 4-6 am Friday morning but wanted to check in right away. I put this as a note in my reservation. I didn't make it until 5 pm Friday. Since I had not arrived early enough, they just cancelled my Friday reservation with no phone call, no email, no notice. Close to our destination, that is all we can say. Our room which was a non smoking room, smelled of smoke so BAD! Sidewalks were not cleared or salted! Waited approx 15 minutes for staff to check out (she was in office, less than 10 feet from front desk). Very disappointed in the entire stay.

Bed was hard , heating/ air was way to sound could not sleep . Worse night ever .

Room was a mess. Hair all over sink and carpet was filthy. Had boogers on walls. Called front desk to come look at it and she was very apologetic and embarrassed. They did not make us pay for the stay after seeing the room. We have never done this before but there was no choice in this case.

Overall unsatisfied No towels in room, overall room condition ok. Bathroom dirty, hair in shower.
