Room was small and awkward. Not very clean. Kitchen floor was sticky. Needs updated. Had a problem with air conditioner but girl came and fixed it as soon as I called.

The first room had broken AC. We were told that you have to turn the air temp up in order for it to cool down. Made no sense. The room was supposed be non smoking but smelled like an ashtray. They moved us to a different room late in the evening when they found that our room AC was frozen over. The new room was musty and damp ( two floors away btw). The linens they gave us for the pull out sofa were all bundled in a plastic bag and one of the bags was labeled “ Queen with burn hole”. There was a cigarette burn in it. We aske... read more

Poor smell

For starters, the room had a musty smell to it, even my toddler pointed out how weird the room smelled. The curtain closet door was dirty, and there was one very small trash can in the entire room (which happen to be in the bathroom). The bed was by far the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in a hotel, and the king bed had 3 small pillows. The room smelled stale, the windows were filthy & the kitchen was totally empty. We had to request kitchen utensils & then go down & haul a huge tub of stuff back to our room. There aren’t any food disposals in the rooms so they have garbage cans which makes the hallway smell like garbage. The bed itself was eh, ok, but the comforter on top was awful. This place needs a major update. However, the front desk attendants were wonderful. So kind & polite!

Easy access from interstate plenty of places to eat close by. Staff should of communicated about stain on carpet in room343 instead of us believing it was blood stain an calling to report it. Our room was booked in advance and we felt that this should of been taken care off, rather than telling us their carpet cleaner was broken. Never again booking at Extended Stay America!!!

This is the worst hotel I have stayed at in years. I travel extensively and stay at every hotel chain available. No coffee maker in room. Suite with Kitchen but not one dish, fork or anything. Staff unprofessional and stand offish. No daily maid service the first day (stayed 2). Non smoking room smelled like a smoking lounge. I have never written a poor review on a hotel- always positive ones to show support for hard working people and the extra effort but this was totally an unacceptable experience.
