Do not bring kids here. They are more worried about little kids being excited and jumping around, than the partying through out the hotel. Not to mention the whole hotel smelled like pot.

Very dingy hotel. Bed was uncomfortable and sheets had some stains on them. I slept on top the covers with another blanket on top of my own that I pitched after in case of bed bugs. I received a discount through my insurance on this hotel or I would’ve never stayed here in the first place. Now I remember why. Also the room and hallways all smelled of smoke even though it’s a nonsmoking room.

Do NOT use for long-term stay. We chose this hotel because we needed to stay in a certain location, and it was a last-minute reservation. Having stayed in these before, we did not expect grandeur, but knew it would at least be functional for one night. As it turned out, that was a lofty expectation. We had 4 children and 2 adults. Some of the children are too young to sleep in a separate room, even if it's adjoining, so suites work well for us. Find another hotel When we entered the bathroom, dirty towels were hanging on the back of the door. The previous guest's key cards were still on top of the refrigerator-makes one wonder how "clean" the room actually is. Although the room info you could ask the front desk for any amenities I did not think this included a coffee pot, silverware of glasses. None of these items were in the "extended stay" hotel. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was advertised as having a queen size bed and it was a full size bed. The bed was hard as a rock. The bathroom was dirty. Had to wait several minutes for a front desk employee at check-in AND at check-out. The employees seemed annoyed to have to help me. I will never spend my money at an Extended Stay hotel again.

There was an odd odor in the room that we were staying in. There was hair on the sheets of one of the beds. Early the next morning of our stay there was an air conditioning cleaning crew that tried to get into our room, even though the do not disturb sign was clearly displayed. When complained at the front desk was simply told well, they aren't suppose to bother guests. Not much of an apology.

no housekeeping included They charge extra to make your bed or change your towels or any room cleaning

Terrible Terrible !!! Terrible , floor above me sounded like someone was running back and forth all night .. complained and the lady at the desk said sorry about that and nothing was done .. the floors were sticky and the carpet felt the same .. Disgusting ..
