I changed rooms as my first room was dirty the second room was no better. Even had leftover milk in the fridge

Problems came with cost savings Location good for my needs. More affordable than my conference site. Coffee available in lobby most times. No free shuttle but reasonably priced car service available. BUT...Front desk staff just OK in their welcome and service. Room adequate and clean, but blanket on bed worn - needed replacement. Water-saving device meant toilet didn’t flush most times. Had to lift tank top and lift stopper to flush most times. No permanent fix - they’ve had problems since the change. A/C drove me nuts tryin... read more

Dirty sticky floors, bathroom was sticky and smelled, food in fridge, dirty wet towels in the room, someone else’s socks under the bed. Not clean! Switched rooms and it wasn’t much better, I then switched hotels.

poor welcome upon check-in dirty bathroom bathroom tub drain plugged with hair,dirty floors in bathroom couldnt tell about cleanliness of carpets in general dirty conditions

I was on the 1st floor and could hear the people o I’ve me moving around and moving in the bed. My mother also heard loud noises as she was in the room as well. The breakfast was all from boxed food. No fresh items except offee. I had to go out to eat to eat natural items. No orange juice or water. I would not stay at an extended stay anymore. Front desk stafff as was nice.

They told me that they don’t take the trash out of the room but once a week. I thought that was gross. It also made me think that if they only take trash out of room once a week how often do they change sheets!!! Went to bathroom and it had no toilet paper. Not even extra rolls. I only finished my stay bc it was only for a night. I will not stay in an Extended stay again.
