Great for family vacation! We planned our family vacation around Columbus but didn’t want to stay in the city. Location was great, staff was extremely friendly. I do think they were a little under staffed it felt like. Corners were cut in our room as far as cleaning before hand (used towel, dust, unswept floor). But all in all it was a great stay! Walking distance to a great pizza place, gas stations, and a Walmart. Pet fees were a little high for my liking, but I did enjoy we were able to bring our pups!

Manager was great & accommodated our last minute reservations! Kitchenette seemed greasy. A/C was hard to get working consistently. Clientele was questionable. One hotel clerk in particular was hardly at desk & when he was there it took him forever to check us in, replace towels, etc. Sunday morning the fire alarm went off and we never learned why BUT after it lasted over an hour, firemen said system was not shutting alarm off & they couldn’t do anything else. We checked out at that point.

Good stay We stayed here after going to the Monster Jam show at the Schottenstein. We just needed that night as my husband had worked the night before the show and never got to sleep before the show so no way were we going to straight back home to Dayton. We also got to get food from Boston Market which we don't have in Dayton. It was done the street from this hotel. Also nearby is a Walmart and the Tuttle Mall. Front desk staff was excellent. Room was very clean. We even got a free upgrade. I would definitely stay there again.

Disappointed Room was not worth the money. I spent ALOT for room and for my two dogs, who are excellent guests. If I am paying a steep pet deposit for two dogs, the room should be deep cleaned. The room was not clean. There were dirty finger prints everywhere. The breakfast was a coffee and a muffin.

Check in was very quick staff was extremely nice travelling 28th two small children made thinks more difficult but staff went out of 21st to assist us very clean and quite hotel
