The sheets had stains, the bed was hard and uncomfortable and the air conditioner made wierd sounds but the service and front staff were excellent.

My room smelled a little funky when I first got in - That seems to be the case with just about any hotel room I get. Overall, however, it was clean and quiet, and the staff was friendly. I'd come back again!

There was a little difficulty at check-in but the front desk person made a call and she was able to get it resolved.

The bathroom had barely been cleaned - old soap bar still there, residue from another color of soap still in shower. Sweeping had just been pushed to the corners and to under the sink. There were no cups in the rooms. This could be a nice hotel. It is in a GREAT area and the outside of the building is safe and well lit. The inside has not been well maintained.
