Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is perfect. Beach is down the road with plenty of resturants.

Very affordable.
Less than average The tub was old and nasty and drain was broke. Just old and in need of updating overall.

Loud My room was nice however the neighbors were very loud and unruly.. i made attempts to call and did not get any answers

Weather was nice but the hotel not having blanket for pull out bed after I reserved room for 3 but only one bed had blankets and pillows and then none of the kitchen ware was provided like the website says theam told us they had ran out and didn't have enough for/l 4 different room so had to run out to store at 10 pm t get blankets and kitchen wear

Some things looked a little worn - rust on the refrigerator, paint scratched off the bathroom door. We were charged a $25 per night pet fee, and we weren't charged that the year before when we stayed there with our dog. Otherwise, the place was clean and convenient.
