Staff at the desk was great, property was under renovations tho. So a lot of tarp, dirt, masking tape and papers everywhere which made my allergies act up. Room smelled like it had lingering smells from the work being done. Wasn’t pleasing. A heads up that the property was being worked on would have sufficed.

I liked the person at the counter at check in, the rest of the staff I encountered needed a personality improvement. Property was being repaired and was noisy. The air conditioner in the room need to be either recharged or enlarged.

Pool was nasty and toilets don't work very well the room wasn't really clean it wasn't terrible but the tables had stuff spilled on them that had been there a while

Disappointing experience Budget friendly but you get what you pay for. No housekeeping and there can be a towel refresh delay. The towels feel like sandpaper. The hotel is under construction so there was disturbances from that like with noise starting at about 8:30am. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night several times. Dirty carpet, pool is not maintained and trash was never picked up around the pool. The pool is small. Breakfast is not really offered it was coffee and oatmeal packets offered. We had a queen room with a pull out sofa bed and when we pulled out the bed, the mattress was filthy. It looked like blood stains all over it. There were no linens in the room for the sofa bed. When we went down to ask for some, we were only given a blanket and no sheet. We also asked for more towels because the room only had 2 and we had 4 people in our group and the staff told us they did not have any at that time.
