great if all you care about is a chap room. The room did not look to be old - yet the cabinets and counters were chipped up and damaged and very unappealing. Several areas were badly patched together with particle board and drywall screws - felt like a very cheap motel - not a business class hotel. The shower had no lip on the edge so water ran all over the bathroom floor. The staff although not unfriendly was not very knowledgeable about running - or apparently even staying in a hotel. very disappointed! made a reservation for stay of May 6 & 7. I came late( May 7, 2 am) and i found there is no room available at all even i booked through Expedia.com, unbeliable!. i almost begged to one of staff and she said there is a room uncleaned. i said yes and she cleaned about 2 am and i managed to get a room. the next day, one of staff charged again and charged back bulbula......so..

Unless your desperate Front staff NEVER at front. Felt was being watched whole time. Was on 3rd floor & could hear talking & extreme laughing @ pool outside on ground level. Didn't feel comfy & welcoming!!!! It's NOT Expedia standards.

not friendly I almost had no where to stay after i paid it online the hotel said they didn't ha've any rooms . the night sgift guy was very rude .. after he told me he had no rooms he finally found one and when I walked in there it had a bag of dog food sitting there the a.c. really didn't work so it was hot all night.. then to top it off I had found out he had charged my card $89.00 after I had already paid online... I asked the front desk in the morning to be accommodated and he said he couldn't do anything..

Room Not Available! Booked my room several hours in advance, once I arrived they apologized and said unfortunately they didn't have a room available because their housekeepers never cleaned it!

Steer clear First they couldn't find my reservation even know I had confirmation number, and my card was billed. Then they had to check 6 different rooms to find me one that had been cleaned. This all after waiting in the lobby for twenty minutes to get checked in while I had to keep running off drunk guys from trying to pick up my girlfriend in the car. Was the most horrible experience ever and I stay at a lot of hotels around the world.

terrible, very run down with unfriendly staff free wifi very slow but can purchase wifi for faster rate broken shower mold in shower warm water, not hot water roaches dirty carpet staff unfriendly

It felt like a really cheap hotel, bed was awful, hair in bath tub, did not like it one bit!

Experience was terrible, manager was great We needed a reasonably priced hotel for a last minute trip to Dallas so that's why we chose this hotel. The location is very close to the freeway and conveniently located near an Albertson's and CVS Pharmacy. The room was pretty decent and the facilities are good for the price. The vast majority of the staff was very polite and expedient in answering questions or fulfilling requests.
