Spring Break Nightmare Upon arriving we were told the hotle was overbooked and there was a possibility we would not have a room adter a 4 hr drive. Luckily we were goven a room. Upon entering the room it appeared clean and to our amazement it was big enough for our family of four! After settling in we discovered the room phone did not work, we could not hear on the phone nor could the other caller hear us, but the phone would ring. First of all, Let me say that I would like to be re compensated for this trip. I was pushed all the way to the back of the building by a main door everyone went in and out of. People were running across the damn room at 1 and 2 am even after i called the front several times to complain. I didn't get any sleep and had to stay close by for business. Worse extended stay I have ever endured.

Worst hotel stay ever Staff was rude! Toilet was stopped up! No breakfast was available! The towels were raggedy!

Nice but needs work No hot water on arrival- no one at front desk - front entrance being remodeled and side entrance was locked, had to wait until someone with a key was coming in
